If the item(s) you receive are faulty or you have simply changed your mind about any item(s) ordered and you wish to return it/them, then in line with the distance selling regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt.

The item must not be used and must be “as new” when returned to us. Any tobacco must be factory sealed and packaging in re-saleable condition.

Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item(s) is received we will issue a refund for the product to the original payment card.

Please Note we will not accept returns for goods which were delivered to the customer more than 28 days before notification of a fault. The only exception to this is for items with manufacturer warranties where replacements may be available.
